The Bandaranaike Centre for International Studies (BCIS) is commencing a Series of informal discussion on International Relations, themed ‘IR Evenings’ from June 2012.

The 1^st Discussion of the series will be take place on June 29, 2012 at 5.00 Pm at BCIS. The session will be on “Future of the Indian Ocean Geo-Politics and Srilanka” and will be conducted by a former Director of BCIS Dr. Harinda Vidanage.

The BCIS IR Evening Commence on purpose of informs citizen in a globalized society, Knowledge on international affairs and current global Politics is of paramount importance. The BCIS IR Evening will be an open house informal lectures series on a monthly basis to provide an impartial platform for Student of BCIS and General Public.
