China starts services on the world largest high speed rail route on 27th December 2012 from Beijing to Guangzhou of 2,298 Km.
At the initial travels the trains traveled at an average speed of 300 Km per Hour over the line includes 35 stops in major cities.
China established high speed rail networks in 2007 and complete its world largest railway track of 8,358Km in 2010 and it could be expected to be almost double in 2020.
The New High Speed Train services are launched before China’s Lunar New Year Holiday Period which falls in mid of February 2013. So this train service would be more utilized by hundreds of millions people in China.
