Course Description
The core of marketing planning begins with how the marketer views the market. In this programme the focus is more on developing the thinking skills of the participants that goes beyond understanding how to use the tool and the process.
The participants will learn how to explore the external environment, identify opportunities and threats, and develop strategies to achieve organizational objectives. Since the participants will be able to work using a case study they will be able to learn how to apply what they learn in real life situations.
Covering strategies in to deliverable Actions plans and converting them to smart objectives will also be a key element of the session.
