The 4th International Conference on “Structural Engineering and Construction Management 2013” will be held at Earl’s Regency Hotel, Kandy, Sri Lanka, following successful conferences held in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
The Conference will run over three days and features presentations by authors of all accepted papers, as well as keynote lectures. General and plenary sessions will be accompanied by workshops and technical sessions. Accepted papers will be published in a special volume of the conference proceeding with an international standard book number (ISBN).
