The Sigiriya Village Hotel PLC made an announcement to Colombo Stock Exchange that the Colombo Fort Hotels Limited has purchased 2,750,000 Ordinary Voting Share of Sigiriya Village Hotels PLC at a Price of Rs.67.00 Each.

The transaction recorded on 5^th April 2012, which the transaction is considered 30.56% of Voting Rights of the Company.
