The Indian based Property developments Company South City Projects (Kolkata) Pvt Ltd will get undergo to build Srilanka First Tallest Building opposite to Beira Lake in 3 Years. The Company have invested Rs.8 Billion in to this Project with 10 Acre land opposite to Beira Lake.

The Proposed Building will contains of Swimming Pool, Gym, Lounge, Function Room, Play area for Children, Tennis Court and Many other facility centers with  150 Meter infinity swimming pool and observation deck.
