- Application Forms will be issued on 9th to 12th of March 2015 from the School Office from 9 am – 12 pm at the Boyd Place Entrance
- Entrance – No. 15, Boyd Place, Colombo 03.
- Applications once issued will not be changed
- Price of an application – Rs. 300/- Please bring the exact amount
- Ensure the correct application (category) is purchased
