Applied on or before 10^th July 2013

The Department of Examination invites applications for providing relief for the students with special needs for December 2013 Examination.

It is anticipated to provide relief to students with special needs who wish to sit for the above mentioned examinations which are to be held in December 2013.

With regard to students who expect relief, the principles, Parents and Guardians are informed to forward and application which is prepared according to the following application form, before 10^th July 2013 to below stated address
