The People’s Merchant PLC made an announcement to Colombo Stock Exchange; that the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka has granted the License to carry on Finance Business under Finance Act no 42 of 2011.

The People’s Merchant PLC will be able to carry out their businesses as the Finance Business from 17^th April 2012. This will enable them to share more confident to stakeholders of People’s Merchant PLC.
